Estadão Digital is the new version of the Estadão newspaper's application, designed to offer a faster and easier way for subscribers to access the newspaper's digital version. The app has a simpler and faster navigation system than the previous version, improving the user experience.
The navigation system has been made lighter, with a horizontal orientation that evokes the feeling of leafing through the pages of the newspaper. It offers two viewing modes: one shows the pages of the digital edition, just like in the printed newspaper, where users can zoom in to see the photos and layout details. The other mode is a more mobile-friendly news reading mode, where users can tap on a specific story's headline to read it in a new format. The text will be rearranged in a new format, and complementary photos and pieces will also appear. It is also possible to customize the font size, a feature that meets the needs of readers of the newspaper's digital edition. The navigation menu at the bottom of the app allows the subscriber to quickly see the different sections of the newspaper.
